September 21: Finance for Non-Financial Employees
- The higher an employee rises in an organization the more critical it becomes for them to have a basic understanding of financial terms and concepts. This course is designed to introduce participants to the basics of financial management.
October 19: Generation Gap
- In today's workplace we have four different generations working side by side: Traditionalists, Baby boomers, Generation X and Gen Y. Each generation has different interests, points of views, experiences and values that drive behavior and performance in the workplace.
November 16: Achievement and Accountability
- Achievement is a cornerstone to job satisfaction and productivity. Achievement however is seldom accomplished without accountability. Passing the buck, making excuses and simply letting things slip is the standard in many organizations…and management is often saddled with the sole responsibility to fix the situation. This course is designed to expand that responsibility to include personal accountability.
