Weeks' Itinerary
2010 Edition: January 19, 2010 |
|
Dear WDM Chamber Member:
Do you know the ABC's of the West Des Moines Chamber? Or wait... should that be the BCA's? Plan to attend the West Des Moines Chamber's Annual Dinner next Wednesday, and find out more about the new "BCA Campaign" coming your way very soon!
This week's breakfast will be held at the Hy-Vee Conference Center. With over 70 reservations already, this event is sure to generate some great networking opportunities for you and your staff. Also on deck for Wednesday is a ribbon cutting for Enhanced Health Chiropractic. So if you're in need of an adjustment, you may want to be at this celebration.
See you on Wednesday!
Julie

THEY'RE STILL HOTT!
I know what you are thinking . . . "Man, I really wish I would have purchased a sponsorship on Tuesday last week. Now all of the good ones are gone!"
On the contrary, there are still some wonderful sponsorships available that would offer your business excellent exposure for any budget. Let me give you some examples.
Membership Luncheons ($250): Membership Luncheons typically attract 75-150 guests to Des Moines Golf. The sponsor is provided a featured display table at the front of the room along with an opportunity for a 3 minute presentation. Sponsor logo on all promo materials.
Membership Tune-Up ($250): The Chamber's new member orientation program is one of the first places new members learn of the value of their membership. Sponsors have the opportunity to welcome participants and have a presence on all promotional materials.
Music in the Junction ($150): Grab some employees and have some fun serving in the beverage garden on a Thursday night this summer. Wear you company shirt and introduce the band.
Young Professional Events ($200): New View, the WDM Chamber's new young professional's group is excited to get things moving. The first event is scheduled for March 10th. Event sponsors will have great exposure with this new vibrant group.
Zing into Spring ($1500): This 5K Fun Run/Walk is held annually in May. Sponsors will get their logo on the Start/Finish Banner as well as on all participant t-shirts and marketing materials.
Business Boot Camp ($1000): The Chamber's new educational/training program beginning in March with 6 sessions in 2010. The sponsor will be on all promotional materials including a banner displayed at every session. Many more benefits are included.
Deal of the Weeks' ($50): What better way to get your company info out to a distribution list of over 1,000 emails than to offer a deal!

WE COULD ALL USE A LITTLE MORE ZING
Each May, the WDM Chamber in conjuction with WDM Parks & Recreation, hosts a 5K Fun Run/Walk called Zing into Spring. Last year, we had over 100 registered participants and we hope to have even more at our third annual event scheduled for May 22nd.
As Linda and I know very little about exercising (particularly running), we could use some volunteers for our Zing into Spring committee. If you would like to help us make this event even more of a success, please email Julie. |
Would you like your employees to receive this email? If so, please email their names and email addresses to julie@wdmchamber.org. | |
