Dear WDM Chamber Member:
 Does anyone remember how they felt 6 months ago when we were plowing a foot of snow and wishing it was summer so we could watch baseball and grill brats while soaking up the sun and tanking down some great ice cream? (Yes, I know that was a really long sentence). Well, your wish has come true; It's summer and all all of those things are going to cost you just $3. This Thursday, join us for Chamber Night at Principal Park. For only $3, you too can attend the annual tailgate at 5:30 pm, with the game to follow at 7:05 pm. Make sure to spend some extra time in the A/C so you can be extra thankful for the warm, Iowa summer. Get your tickets online by clicking here or call the chamber office and we can hook you up until Thursday morning.
Please also consider making an appearance at the July Breakfast B4 Business event on Wednesday morning at Two Rivers Bank & Trust. There you will find breakfast, fellow Chamber buddies, lots of business cards and maybe even a little coffee to get your morning off right. Contact Julie at the Chamber to RSVP.

 The New View Committee would like to say THANK YOU!!! As many of you are aware, New View is the Chamber's young professional organization. Because of your generosity, the group was able to raise almost $900 proceeds from the raffle held earlier this month. The committee's goal was to raise $500 in order to sustain the group and continue to bring excellent networking events to the young professionals of West Des Moines. Your gifts have obviously far exceeded the group's goal! Special thanks goes to our prize sponsors: Cabaret West Glen and Kosama.
