Recruitment Manager (Central Territory)

Job Description:

We're looking for a Recruitment Manager to utilize effective recruiting strategies to increase awareness and participation in Girl Scouting in Central Iowa! The Recruitment Manager will use a variety of in person meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities with community organizations, corporations, schools, educators, faith-based intuitions and other community constituents to increase girl and adult volunteer participation. This position also contributes to membership recruitment strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment
  • Previous experience recruiting volunteers or members preferred
  • Previous experience in a sales related position and knowledge of the fundamentals of effective sales and marketing principles
  • Experience working with or contacting community leaders or organizations
  • Ability to problem-solve and highly organized
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills along with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office products

  • Flexibility is key. We’ll need you to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • Valid Driver’s License
